Basic Theme
- Use our standard Frontpage template for your Home page to display a call to action, list featured pages on your site, display calendar events, and list quicklinks.
- Use the Backpage template for most of your pages to display general information.
- Use the Article template to create blog articles.
- Use the Article Index template to display a list of recent articles.
- Use the Contact Us template to display contact information and embed a contact form.
- Use the Contact Listing template to list important contacts from your organization.
- Use the Directory template to display a listing of your organization’s staff.
- Use the Landing Page template for important subsections of your site.
- Use the Photo Gallery template to display a photo gallery.
College or Department Theme
- Use the Frontpage - College or Department template to display an important call-to action, highlight your academic programs, list calendar events, promote a program or initiative, display news, show profiles of students or faculty members, and display a list of quicklinks.
- Use the Backpage template for most of your pages to display general information.
- Use the Article template to create blog articles.
- Use the Article Index template to display a list of recent articles.
- Use the Contact Us template to display contact information and embed a contact form.
- Use the Contact Listing template to list important contacts from your organization.
- Use the Directory template to display a listing of your organization’s staff.
- Use the Faculty Member template to profile faculty members.

Magazine Theme
- Use the Frontpage - Magazine template to feature articles and article categories.
- Use the Backpage template for most of your pages to display general information.
- Use the Article template to create magazine articles. You can also turn articles into magazine articles by adding a hero to your articles.

Faculty Member Theme
- Use the Frontpage - Faculty Member template for your Home page to display contact and bio information for the faculty member.

Student Org Theme
- We have a special theme for student orgs that let you include photo galleries and social media on your site. Fill out our Student Org form to get set up.
Conference or Event Theme
- Use the Frontpage - Conference or Event template to show a primary call to action, a calendar feed to display individual sessions, and feature speakers at your conference or event.
- Use the Backpage template for most of your pages to display general information.
- Use the Profile template to display information about individual speakers at your conference or event.
Co-Branded Theme
- Co-branded themes should use the same guidelines as the Basic Theme listed above, but you should co-brand your site’s masthead.
